REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of being received.
Returns must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on, embroidered products, extra length or custom made garments. Embroidered products are labelled non-returnable. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for a return or refund. Only our standard regular priced items are eligible for a return or refund.

Returns can be easy and fast. There are just a few quick steps to complete:
1. To start, Remember above how we said, WE GOING TO NEED YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Well, this would be the time you whip it out and slap it to us on email. (returns@soochuh.com) . It’s that simple, say no more if you don’t need to.
2. We’ll reach out to you, to arrange the nitty gritty of getting the parcel back to us. If you opted for the collect option, it will be on you, to return the product in its original packaging to the place by where it was collected.
Once your items are returned, received and inspected (usually within 3-5days) you will receive an email notification of your refund or new order (if it’s an exchange). We will notify you if you return has been accepted or rejected.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued, once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between banking institutions.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we will immediately notify you of this and reimburse any amount that you may have paid for the products.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@soochuh.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
We are always happy to assist with the uplifting of the product.
However, You will be responsible for paying for all shipping and logistical costs associated with returning your item. We will deduct shipping costs from your refund total. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be charged according to our shipping rate card, found at Shipping Policy
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us may vary. Likewise when shipping our product to you. If you opted for the collect option, it will be on you, to return the product in its original packaging to the place by where it was collected.
